Our consortium exists is to raise the standard of local community and economic development. New paradigms are needed to create restorative and equitable communities that we all envision, but often fall short of.

We are passionate about being the model of change and redefining outdated standards to build long-lasting positive impacts that encourage people to look differently at how mixed- income housing can be achieved. We want to set the bar high and encourage others to join us to develop a socially just, culturally rich, and ecologically restorative future.
